What is meant by Artificial Intelligence/AI ?
According to me, artificial intelligence refers to the creation of a machine/object gathering both a technological expertise and a human sensitivity. The purpose of which is to optimize and develop more efficient and adapted technologies.

This robot's name is Sophia. This is the last AI robot that has been created by Hanson Robotics in 2015.
2- CHATBOT
What is a chatbot?
A chatbot is a chat on which you can have a conversation, the only particularity is that the answers will be automatics thanks to a program.

How was your experience - positive, negative - why?
The experience was pretty positive. Indeed, the different chatbots' websites had been able to provide me all the information I looked for.
Did the chatbot conversation seem H2H? Why, why not?
Regarding the SNCF's chatbot, the conversation seemed H2H thanks to the picture associated with the robot. It gives a feeling of trust and confidence.
In the second case, it also seemed H2H as long as the chatbot use my name.
Did you get satisfactory answers, correct info?
Yes. It allowed me to succeed in having all the information I was looking for.
Would you make a purchase through these chatbots - why, why not?
I am no that I would make a purchase through these chatbots. Indeed, it saves time but I am too much used to look by my own to find the information/product I want.
What would you advise each business to do differently, make the experience better?
I would tend to think that businesses should not think that it will become the only way to communicate. It should be used and adapted as a gadget more than something that would replace other communication channels.
